The 2013 U.S. Formula 5000 Revival Races took place at the following venues:
- April 25-28: HSR Walter Mitty at Road Atlanta
- June 15-16: Laguna Seca HMSA – Legends of Motorsports
- July 18-21: The Hawk with Brian Redman at Road America
- October 24-26: SVRA National Championship at Circuit of the Americas
Tony placed 4th in the F5000 Drivers Association Class A competition for the 2013 season.
